Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Assist in demolishing buildings. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Perform routine maintenance work. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- Location Edmonton, ABT5J 0L1
