<strong>Title: IT - Advanced Analytics Data Engineer Intermediate, </strong><br><strong>Location: Windsor ON (100% remote)</strong><br><strong>Duration: 12 Months</strong><br><strong>Pay Rate: CAD$37.00/ hr on T4</strong><br> 						Testing & Analysis North America (TANA) is looking for a self-motivated Data Analytics, Quality, and Process Engineer who is responsible for, but not limited to: procedure documentation, efficiency assessments (process capability, cycle-time, downtime data with impact categorization, and FTC monitoring);DFSS/DMAIC project execution;and implementation of lean process methodologies, continuous quality-improvement strategies, and autonomous mitigation/prevention of test issues aimed at both quality improvements and cost reductions.<br>			<br>			Basic Qualifications:<br>			Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university.<br>			Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in defining and/or applying process improvement techniques for Key Performance Indicators (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale)<br>			Experience with full process quality deployment and optimization in a high-paced production or test environment<br>			Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>			Experience with engineering standard measurement techniques and tools (MS Office Suite, Minitab, SPC, distributions, etc.)<br>			Experienced with developing MS -Excel macros<br>			Proficiency with: DFSS/DMAIC/Six-Sigma and Root-cause analysis tools (PFMEA, 8D, 5S, Kaizen, Gage R&R, ANOVA, ISO-17025)<br>			<br>			Preferred Qualifications:<br>			Master of Science degree from an ABET accredited university.<br>			Experience in project management including MS Project.<br>			Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills working with individuals and groups.<br>			Demonstrated experience communicating effectively to senior level management a plus<br>			Proficiency with relational databases (i.E. DB2). Ability to understand DB structure and write SQL statements<br>			Experience with developing code in C/C++ or Java is a plus							100% Remote			- Location Windsor, ON
